Birthwork and Doula Services

As a mom of 4 children, I know how scary, stressful, and intimidating pregnancy can be. My personal experience with 4 difficult, high risk pregnancies, has led me to know how defeating it can feel to not have a picture perfect experience. I became a doula so that I could help women who find themselves in the same scenarios, but who want to make the experience as blissful and enjoyable as possible. Regardless of past or current experiences, pregnancy is a beautiful and sacred experience, and I want to help women experience pregnancy and birth to is fullest potential.

I offer a range of services to meet your unique needs, including prenatal education, birth planning, labor support, postpartum care, and everything in between. My approach is grounded in evidence-based holistic practices and a deep respect for your choices and preferences. I deeply root Ayurvedic philosophies, specifically, in my postpartum care. One of the services the I pride myself in, is cooking mama organic, nourishing, Ayurvedic meals to help heal during the postpartum period. I believe that every person deserves to have a safe, supported, and transformative birth experience, and I am here to help you achieve that goal. Whether you are a first-time parent or have had previous births, I am here to support you every step of the way. we can help you on your journey to parenthood.
